30-Day Comfort Policy Guarantee
At Snibbs, we are committed to providing top-quality, sustainable, slip-resistant work shoes for our valued B2B clients. We understand the importance of comfort and functionality in your workplace footwear. Therefore, we proudly offer a 30-day Comfort Guarantee on all our products.
Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: This Comfort Guarantee applies to all B2B clients who purchase sustainable, slip-resistant work shoes from Snibbs.
Duration: The Comfort Guarantee is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges: If, within 30 days of the purchase date, a client finds the purchased shoes to be uncomfortable or unsuitable for their needs, they may exchange the shoes for another pair of equal or lesser value. If you opt to exchange your shoes for a higher-value style, you will be charged the difference in price between the two items. Or, should you decide to return the shoes for a refund within the 30-day period, a $15 restocking fee will be charged per item returned. This fee is deducted from the refund amount.
Condition of the Shoes: To qualify for the Comfort Guarantee, the shoes must be in their original condition with no significant signs of wear and tear. They must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories or documentation provided with the original purchase.
Proof of Purchase: Clients must provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or order confirmation, to take advantage of the Comfort Guarantee.
Return Process: Clients wishing to return or exchange their shoes under the Comfort Guarantee must contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 30-day period to initiate the return process. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned shoes and verifying their condition, we will issue a refund using the original payment method or process an exchange for another pair of shoes, as per the client's preference.
Limitations: This Comfort Guarantee is subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the purchase was made. This Comfort Guarantee policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper care of the shoes. It also does not apply to customized or special-order items.
Modification of Terms: Snibbs reserves the right to modify or terminate this Comfort Guarantee policy at any time without prior notice.
