We understand that despite our best efforts, occasional flaws or defects may arise in our products. To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain our reputation for excellence, we offer a comprehensive 6-month warranty policy for flawed or defective products.

Coverage: This warranty covers any flaws or defects in materials or workmanship that occur within 6 months of the date of purchase by the B2B client. It applies exclusively to sustainable, slip-resistant work shoes purchased through our B2B shoe programs.

Claims Notification: B2B clients must notify us of any potential flaw or defect within 30 days of discovery. Notification must be made via email and should include details such as the nature of the flaw or defect, the purchase order number, and any relevant images or documentation.

Evaluation: Upon receiving notification, our quality assurance team will evaluate the reported issue to determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. This may involve requesting additional information or a physical inspection of the product.

Resolution: If the flaw or defect is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue. This may include providing a replacement or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Exclusions: Our warranty does not encompass the following:

Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scuffing, abrasions, and sole wear.

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.

Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.

Any modifications made to the product after purchase.

Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original B2B client. Our liability under this warranty is limited to replacing or refunding the defective product at our discretion. Snibbs reserves the right to request proof of purchase and/or return the defective product for inspection.

Modification of Terms: Snibbs reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
