Looking for a different style? We will collect or refund the difference if you prefer a different-priced pair.

If you opt for a refund, we’ll deduct NO fee from the original cost of the returned item. As always, exchanges never have a fee.
3a. Will I be refunded for REDO if I opt-in at checkout?
No, REDO is both package insurance & return insurance. The service ensures the shipping to and from Snibbs is protected and, if necessary, covers any return label costs outside the 30-day comfort window. In this scenario, REDO has insured the shipment both ways, and the service could have been used if the item was lost or stolen along the way. *REDO Policy
4. How long does the return or exchange process take?
Once we receive your shoes and confirm they meet the return criteria, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
5. Can I return shoes that show signs of wear?
Yes! We accept shoes with normal signs of wear and use. Excessive damage, however, may affect eligibility.
6. Can I return customized or special-ordered shoes?
No, customized or special-order shoes are not eligible under our 30-day Comfort Guarantee.
