How long will it take to receive my refund?Updated 14 days ago

Refunds are processed immediately after the shoes are inspected at our warehouse. The time it takes to pass inspection varies depending on the day received as well as the existing queue for exchanges or returns. On average it takes 7-10 buisness days to inspect the return and issue the refund. Once received at our warehouse, the shoes enter the inspection queue. After your refund is processed, it may take up to 3 days to post on your bank statement. Payments are processed through Shopify.
