At Snibbs, we’re dedicated to ensuring you’re delighted with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 100-day Comfort Guarantee for orders placed through our website. If your shoes don’t fit right, don’t meet your expectations, or aren’t what you were looking for, you can return or exchange them within 100 days of delivery.

US Returns & Exchanges

We’ve made the return and exchange process simple and straightforward:

  • Exchanges: Exchange your shoes for a different size, color, or style at no additional charge.

  • Returns for Store Credit: Return your shoes for store credit, and we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • Returns for Refund:

    • Return fees are fully covered if you purchased Redo Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout.

    • Without Redo, a flat $13 return shipping fee will apply.

International Returns

Currently, we do not ship internationally. Stay tuned as we continue to expand our shipping options in the future!

Time to Process Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Refunds will be issued through your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may take 7-10 business days to process the refund.

Please note: We cannot process returns or exchanges for Snibbs products from other retailers. For assistance, please contact the store where you made your original purchase.
